Bar back (helper)

$55 / hour

Bar Back is recommended for parties of 85 people or more, or when glassware is being used.
Five-hour minimum • Six-hour minimum on Saturdays

Food Server

$55 / hour

Includes setup, passing food, wash serving equipment, cleanup.
Five-hour minimum • Six-hour minimum on Saturdays

Captain

$60 / hour

Manages staff and timeline.
Strongly recommend if ordering six or more staff and generally required for large events.
Five-hour minimum • Six-hour minimum on Saturdays

Holiday rates apply on New Year's Eve and Day / Easter / Mother's Day / Father's Day / 4th of July / Thanksgiving / Christmas Eve and Day.
